describe this restaurant we have
been to Metaxas restaurant since
they opened and we can never get
enough and they always getting
better and better.
Stephan you made me so proud at my
daughter's wedding reception I was
so pleased for everything. You made

I can not say enough 'thank you's'
for all of you non-stop good
comments and saying such good things
about Metaxas restaurant.
As much as I am trying to be the
best and best I can serve and create
good fresh food for you to be 100%
perfect, but as most of you know me
so well what ever I do I can never
satisfy what I do and I need to be
more better.
As again most of you know we have a
comment book at the restaurant
outdoors as well, and some times
some people say we are not good,
slow service and that didn't like
anything we made for them. Well I am
so sorry to see that comments about
us. We never wish to have any one
leave this restaurant not happy but
again we are a human as well we do
some mistakes and we are very sorry
about that. I am sure every mistake
we did won't happen again, and some
times some customers I think are not
appreciative for fresh and by order
food. As we have some comments that
we are slow. First of all we are not
a fast food restaurant or ready made
frozen food restaurant, fresh food
takes time to cook. GREAT FOOD
COOKED WITH PASSION!!! and if we
extremely busy that night no way can
I make any order in 10 mins or less,
it will take time.

on Saturday and during the week we
spent there visited Metaxas 4 times.
The food, service and atmosphere is
the benchmark for other restaurants.
Stephanos has brought a rounded
knowledge of worldwide cuisine to
Cyprus and other competitors in the
area should visit and learn. The
menu is varied, well thought out and
each evening spent there is
memorable. This is first restaurant
and hope that his second is in
Stratford on Avon.

every night for two weeks and not

comparison lacked atmosphere, had

Metaxas is by far the best
restaurant in Paphos having visited
now on two separate occasions - stay
away from dodgy Italians.

Felt very unwelcome with children, we felt in the way and
seated upstairs. I shall not recommend this restaurant to
any of the hotel guests we are staying at the Elysium hotel.

Without booking we turn up 26 people 9 pm at night we sops
to be some other restaurant with booking we walked away
because of un welcome and no service. But Metaxas
restaurant recommended to me from some other people wile we
are in Elysium hotel. Then we show up they were in shock.
Didn’t know how to respond to as but everything was
wonderful and we have so much good memory to remember as
that night was my parents’ 50th wedding
anniversary thank you Stephanos and girls for everything
you’ve dan to as we ‘ll recommend you to every body we know.
